This 6-week course is perfect for children ages 5-12 who want to learn the basics of yoga in a fun and engaging environment.
Yoga is a great way for kids to have fun, learn new things, and improve their overall health and well-being. It can also help kids to:
Relax and de-stress: Yoga can help kids to calm down and relax after a long day of school or activities.
Improve concentration and focus: Yoga can help kids to focus on the present moment and improve their attention span.
Develop self-awareness and self-esteem: Yoga can help kids to learn about their bodies and how to feel good about themselves.
Strengthen their bodies and build stamina: Yoga can help kids to build strength and stamina, which can help them to be more active and play harder.
Improve posture and coordination: Yoga can help kids to improve their posture and coordination, which can help them to move more easily and gracefully.
Yoga mats will be provided, so you don't need to bring your own.
