Welcome to Yoga by Jen, My Yoga is for accessible & Functional movement for everyone.
I am a Kildare based Yoga instructor specialising in Embodied Hatha Yoga, Embodied Somatics, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Retreat Host, Children’s Yoga Teacher & Chair Yoga specialising in Dementia & Alzheimer’s.
I graduated my Yoga & Meditation teacher in 2001 200 hour in Aruna Yoga and I am in training for my 300 hour teacher training with Heart & Bones graduating in June 2025.
Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing Yoga for years, I offer group, Private and Corporate classes to suit your needs. My classes are designed to be accessible to all levels and I focus on building strength, balance, flexibility and connecting with yourself deeper by cultivating self-awareness, compassion & inner peace.
I am also an EFT Practitioner EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique). I can teach groups or one to ones. I completed EFT & Matrix Reprinting Academy for Level 1 & 2 by Karls Dawson and Sarah Tobin in 2023.
I am also a qualified Advanced Sound Therapy Practitioner & Professional Therapeutic Sound Bath Facilitator with Advanced Diploma in Sound Therapy I can teach in corporate, Group classes and one to ones I trained with Carmel form Celtic School of Sound Healing

Hatha Yoga

Embodied Hatha Yoga is a mindfulness-based form of yoga that combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation. It can help you to connect with your body, improve your health, and develop mindfulness. Embodied Hatha Yoga can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost energy levels, improve flexibility and range of motion, strengthen the immune system, improve mental clarity and focus, and promote self-awareness and personal growth.

Children's Yoga
Start your child's yoga journey with 1 free class and help them improve their strength, flexibility, and balance, increase their self-awareness and mindfulness, reduce their stress, improve their concentration, and boost their self-esteem and creativity! This is a great opportunity for your child to learn yoga in a fun and mindful environment.
Classes are for ages 5-12. Times and locations will be announced shortly.

What is EFT “Tapping”?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a brief self-applied stress reduction technique using elements of cognitive therapy, with physical stimulation of acupuncture points. It is often referred to as ‘Tapping’ as it uses a two finger tapping process on known acupuncture points.
EFT can address a range of issues by simply focusing on the issue you would like to address with an acceptance statement, along with a simple two finger tapping technique.
Effectiveness has been established for phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, pain and more.
EFT (Tapping) is very effective for reducing anxiety, stress and other emotional issues and it works on both real and imagined stressors. EFT significantly increases positive emotions and self-esteem and resilience and decreases negative emotional states. EFT appears to affect the amygdala (stress centre in the brain) and hippocampus (memory centre), and both play a role in the decision process when you decide if something is a threat. EFT has also been shown to lower cortisol levels, which is the stress hormone. Too much cortisol can result in lowered immune function and ultimately affect our physical health.

As a qualified Advanced Sound Therapy Practitioner & Professional Therapeutic Sound Bath Facilitator with Advanced Diploma in Sound Therapy I can teach in Corporate Group classes and one to ones. I trained with Carmel from Celtic School of Sound Healing.
